There is no cost or buy-in for any of the Red, White, and Blue Poker League's tournaments. All tournaments are free and therefore do not constitute gambling under state law as there is no "valuable consideration" paid by any player. By contrast, certain events such as WSOP or WPT events held in casinos in other states are gambling, but may be of interest to our members.

Poker tournaments are for fun, no gambling is involved because there is no cost or buy-in. Everyone can play for free.
